What’s included in your standard rental price?
All our rentals include basic insurance coverage (liability / third-party). You also get unlimited mileage, vehicle preparation, and support from our local team.
What happens in case of an accident or damage?
In case of an accident or damage, you should:
- Notify us immediately, and
- Provide a police report if applicable.
With the optional coverage, your liability is reduced. If you opted only for basic coverage, you may be responsible for repair costs or excess charges.
Is there a minimum age to rent a car?
Yes! Drivers must meet minimum age requirements (usually 21 or 25 depending on the vehicle class). Young-driver surcharges may apply, especially for premium or larger vehicles.
Do you offer child seats or boosters?
Yes, child seats and boosters are available on request. You can add them when completing your booking.
What do I need to bring when picking up the car?
A valid driver’s license, passport/ID, and a credit card in the main driver’s name are required at pickup.
